• Coconut, olive, almond, grapeseed, and castor are super oils rich in nutrients and vitamins A-K, providing protection against the sun’s harmful UVA & B rays, retaining glow, tightening skin, treating acne, and delivering a moisturizing, creamy lather.
• Kaolin clay is the oldest clay used in many personal hygiene products. It is gentle and stimulates circulation to the application area without over-drying.
• Essential oil blend creates a synergistic effect that is more powerful than that of a single oil. Singular essential oils are one-dimensional. However, when essential oils are blended, the healing effects of each oil work in tandem, creating a more powerful impact that enhances the synergy of the individual oils and provides a high degree of healing and therapeutic benefits. The oils used in this soap bar are bergamot, eucalyptus, and clove. This blend combines top, middle, and low notes, creating a symphony of benefits that is three times greater. The individual component benefits:
  • Bergamot is often used for mood enhancement and reducing stress
  • Eucalyptus is known for its powerful respiratory support and clearing properties.
  • Clove offers strong antimicrobial and, in many cases, invigorating properties. This combination creates a “symphony” of benefits, making it more effective than using each oil alone, as the compounds work together to maximize healing.

• Distilled water is purified to remove minerals and metals that can contaminate soap, developing what is known as “soap scrum”. This is what leads to ineffectiveness and a shorter shelf life. Using distilled water is a better ingredient when purity, consistency, and control over variables are important.

• Sodium Hydroxide food-grade USP is a strong alkaline base, also called ‘lye’, which is necessary when mixing oils. This process neutralizes ‘lye’ and oils, resulting in a salt known as ‘soap’. Lye is also used in food processing, such as curing olives and making toothpaste, as well as giving shine to German Bagels.

• It can be used on both the face and body.
• For best results on dark spots, leave the lather on for a few minutes to act as a mask.

The healthiest soap to use is usually a natural soap that doesn’t contain harsh chemicals, dyes, or synthetic fragrances that are irritants. Choosing soaps with moisturizing ingredients, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or goat’s milk, is especially beneficial for dry skin because these ingredients are hygroscopic, drawing and retaining moisture from the environment and increasing hydration.

During hot weather, we encourage our customers to order serums and body butters before the start of the warm season, as heat can affect the product, not necessarily in terms of quality or effectiveness; these types of products can melt due to heat.
